School District #48 (Sea to Sky) does post external Teacher and Management vacanices on-line through Make a Future – Careers in BC Education (www.makeafuture.ca). 

School District #48 (Sea to Sky) does use apply to education to receive applications from external support applicants for hard-to-fill positions. We encourage qualified candidates to apply to our district electronically on www.applytoeducation.com .

    The Make a Future – Careers in BC Education site is powered by applytoeducation.com.  Therefore, if you have an existing account with them, you can use your username and password to log into www.makeafuture.ca. 

If not, you can create an account on Make a Future – Careers in BC Education by clicking the ‘Apply’ button at the bottom of a job posting on www.makeafuture.ca.

    Once you have an account, please sign up for the 'Job Alert' feature so you can be emailed jobs that are of interest to you.

    Please note that candidates who choose to apply on www.makeafuture.ca do not need to fill out a paper application or mail/courier any information directly to the District office.

Applicants must include the following information in their electronic portfolio for consideration:

• complete resume and cover letter;
• copy of B.C. teaching certificate, (or application for certification)
• copy of Teachers' Qualification Service (TQS) card;
• transcripts;
• copies of teaching practicum reports or evaluations;
• letters of reference;

Applications can also be mailed or delivered to the School District Office at Box 250, 37866 Second Avenue, Squamish, B.C., V8B 0A2 and must include the following information:

• complete resume and cover letter;

Teaching Opportunities:
