Summer Learning Program

NOTE: all requested information must be filled in before registration form will be accepted.

Print-off a copy and fill in by hand, and deliver completed Registration Form to the School Board Office, 37866 Second Avenue, Squamish, BC
or
complete the E-Registration Form following these Instructions.

Summer Programs E-Registration Form Instructions:

1. Save copy of Summer Programs E-Registration to your computer desktop.

2. On page 1, click on the appropriate box to select the program choice.

3. On page 2, click on grey fields to type in information.

4. Check over registration form, both pages 1 and 2, to make sure that all requested information has been entered.

5. Attach the completed E-Registration to an email addressed to SummerPrograms@sd48.bc.ca
